Our Refund Policy
Our refund policy is quite limited. Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to activate your IPTV subscription due to an activation issue. If it’s an activation issue on our end (i.e. the purchased service is unavailable for some reason), and you’re not wanting to go with a different service we offer, we will not issue a full refund and not cover any return fees. If the issue is on your end (i.e. your MAC address is tied to another providers panel and we’re unable to add it), we can still provide a refund, but any applicable processing fees will be deducted from the refund total (e.g. e-Transfers have a $1.50 fee).
Please note: We do not issue refunds for service dissatisfaction.
Given our limited refund policy, we strongly recommend starting out with a free trial or 1-month trial subscription to fully evaluate the IPTV service. This allows you to assess the quality and reliability of the service firsthand before committing to a longer subscription.
As an IPTV reseller, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers, but it’s crucial to convey the limitations within our control. Our inability to offer refunds is directly tied to the nature of the IPTV service, as we operate within a framework where the IPTV services themselves do not offer refunds for the “credits” we purchase on behalf of our customers. These credits are essential for maintaining customer accounts and are deducted from our account, creating a direct link between our actions and the service provided.

While the chances of a service going offline permanently is slim, it’s still possible. We understand that this would be frustrating for our customers, but we’re committed to keeping you connected with an IPTV service. If a service does go offline permanently, we’re unable to provide a refund for the lost subscription; however, rest assured, we’ve got you covered.
